For example, the Lean office game is a complete Lean game you can play with 6-11 participants, to illustrate how Lean Tools can be used to improve efficiency and working environment in administrative organizations. The simulation is based on a scenario where a group of case officers shall process cases for individual clients. During the game different tools are introduced and the participants will experience how efficiency goes up and stress goes down.
